Cancer-Focused Research

I have interest in the post-translational modification of these proteins related to their effects on assembly, structure, and interactions with other factors in cells. We use mammalian cell models for nuclear lamin defects and vimentin in the epithelial to mesenchymal transition during development and metastasis.
